The Sambucano chop comes from the loins of pigs raised in the mountains. The meat is tender and tasty with the right percentage of fat which guarantees flavor and softness. We call it a chop, but it is a steak, perfect for cooking on the grill or in a pan, over a high heat and on a hot grill.

Once home you can choose to consume the products whenever you prefer, the important thing is to keep them refrigerated and respect the expiry date. Vacuum packing allows us to guarantee the high quality of our products, but we know that the absence of oxygen darkens the meat a little: just open the bag and wait a few minutes, the product will return to its natural colour. We would like to tell you that the weight of the portions is the guaranteed minimum. Like any good butcher we happen to overdo it a little, but in this case we can't ask you "what do I do, leave it?" We leave, without thinking. Because goodness is strong and it is never enough!
