The Sambucano Savigni pillow is recognizable at first glance. We prepare it starting from the cheek of our pigs raised in the mountains and it can be recognized by its lean veins surrounded by their white covering. And with him we can indulge our imagination! Sliced on top of a hot bruschetta or cut into cubes and strips for a pasta sauce or in a hot soup. Those with boiled chestnuts and rosemary, for example, are our favorite.

Our packages, including vacuum-packed ones, are designed to guarantee perfect preservation. Once home you can choose to consume the products whenever you prefer, the important thing is to keep them refrigerated and respect the expiry date. Vacuum packing allows us to guarantee the high quality of our products, but we know that the absence of oxygen darkens the meat a little: just open the bag and wait a few minutes, the product will return to its natural colour. In case of particular allergies or intolerances, we advise you to check the product technical data sheet to have all the necessary information.
We would like to tell you that the weight of the portions is the guaranteed minimum. Like any good butcher we happen to overdo it a little, but in this case we can't ask you "what do I do, leave it?" We leave, without thinking. Because goodness is strong and it is never enough!
