No introduction needed! Our hamburger is made only with minced meat from Savigni "Cinta Senese DOP" pigs, which roam freely in the infinite spaces of our farm. Their meat is firm and tasty and has an abundance of fat that makes them unmistakable, as well as guaranteeing a unique flavor and softness. We recommend cooking the hamburger for a few minutes per side, over a high heat, in a pan or on the grill. The most greedy will add cheese for a unique cheeseburger but we also recommend trying it pizzaiola style.

Our packages, including vacuum-packed ones, are designed to guarantee perfect preservation. Once home you can choose to consume the products whenever you prefer, the important thing is to keep them refrigerated and respect the expiry date. Vacuum packing allows us to guarantee the high quality of our products, but we know that the absence of oxygen darkens the meat a little: just open the bag and wait a few minutes, the product will return to its natural colour. In case of particular allergies or intolerances, we advise you to check the product technical data sheet to have all the necessary information.
We would like to tell you that the weight of the portions is the guaranteed minimum. Like any good butcher we happen to overdo it a little, but in this case we can't ask you "what do I do, leave it?" We leave, without thinking. Because goodness is strong and it is never enough!
