Savigni mixed minced meat is made only by mixing equal parts of 50% minced pork and 50% minced beef raised in the mountains. The meat is firm and tasty and has the right percentage of fat that makes it unmistakable, as well as guaranteeing a unique flavor and softness. Savigni minced meat was created for Sunday ragù and special occasions and is ideal for slow cooking that allows the heat to reach the heart of the product. Some examples? Meatballs, meatloaf, stuffed vegetables or meat stuffing.

Our packages, including vacuum-packed ones, are designed to guarantee perfect preservation. Once home you can choose to consume the products whenever you prefer, the important thing is to keep them refrigerated and respect the expiry date. Vacuum packing allows us to guarantee the high quality of our products, but we know that the absence of oxygen darkens the meat a little: just open the bag and wait a few minutes, the product will return to its natural colour. In case of particular allergies or intolerances, we advise you to check the product technical data sheet to have all the necessary information.
We would like to tell you that the weight of the portions is the guaranteed minimum. Like any good butcher we happen to overdo it a little, but in this case we can't ask you "what do I do, leave it?" We leave, without thinking. Because goodness is strong and it is never enough!
